Run to Bala Lake, May 2008
Take one gorgeous day in early May and we don't need any persuading to head into Wales for a bit of bike orientated R&R. Just Pete and me on this run down to Bala Lake - and we didn't see one single Brunstrom "Boy Scout"!........but we did go mid-week.

Another warm sunny day - we don't get enough of 'em so my philosophy is make the most of what ya got when ya get it! Ben had day off work so the bikes were fired up and we headed for the lovely roads of Yorksheer. Brekky at Settle, lunch at Hawes.
I have a shot of most of my

Run around Bowland June 2008
A little run out - by myself this time, and the first longish (145 miles) run on the VFR750. There was only the one stop, to let some blood flow back into my rapidly numbing arse..........and to go pee pee in a bush, at the little village of Sawley.
